We’re still getting used to Sunday being a regular day with everything open. We found the absorbtion office. It looked more like an old caravan than an official office, but we took care of submitting forms and asking questions, and our payments will be deposited in our account.
The Ethiopian guard gave us directions to Osher Ad – the grocery store that everyone is talking about. We got there pretty quicly and bought beverages, fruit and chips – things that do not need to be refrigerated. It’s nice because it’s more like an American supermarket, and they have some pretty good prices on things. They do not carry the gluten-free bread products that Chaim and Moshe like.
We had more pizza and felafel for lunch and dinner.
